All leads, customer details, and payment records accessed through this system are confidential business data. They may only be used for follow-ups, sales, and support related to your assigned work — not copied, exported, or shared outside the organization.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the system, attempt unauthorized access to data outside your role, or use the platform in any way that could harm the organization or its customers.

5. Changes to These Terms
